Hello,
I
would like to tell you about my background. I met Emilio Martinez (owner of
Altamira Gym and IFBB Judge in Bodybuilding), my great friend and Personal
Trainer who introduced me to Vitargo.
As a child I was rather plump, so my parents encouraged me to take part in all
kinds of sports. But being overweight did not really help me, so I started to
diet but I became Anorexia going from 90 kgs to 52 kgs. This part of my life was
a nightmare for me and everyone around me.
I started studying Nutrition after finishing my degree I opened my Gym in my
hometown
back in 2002. By luck I met Emilio Martinez, who was and is my Personal Trainer
to this present day. I started Training with Emilio, he advised me to change my
diet and he put Vitargo into my daily diet. Normally I would train all day doing
... spinning and
cardiovascular, but I was unable to gain weight and I was like a weed. As I did
not want to take a lot of carbs, also I had to lessen my daily training habit.
Emilio increased my intake of Vitargo and there was a hugh change in my body.
I had competed in July 2004, weighing 63 kgs, straight afterwards I started preparing for the next competition which was in October, taking Vitargo and in February 2005 my weight had zoomed to 96 kgs in mass and in May 2005 I was in 80 kgs /bigger framed and ripped.
At present, I am preparing for the Spanish Fitness Competition in October 2005, and once again I am in 97 kgs, but extremely more ripped than before. Thanks to Vitargo and my Personal Trainer Emilio, I have got back myself confidence which I had total lost.
