My team since 2004 is FdJeux.com. We are 21 cyclists, and the team policy is to give young riders a chance to prove what quality they have! Today I have been training for 6 hours, and of course with Vitargo in my bottles. As we use to say...Eating is cheating...
But honestly, the traning gets easier with Vitargo, quicker replenishment and a step a head of other riders!
